Here are the details for our client appreciation party on May 13.
I’m here on the rooftop of the old YMCA at 61 Cannon. A few of my partners and I are fixing it up in a big short-term rental project. I’ll get back to that in a second, but today I wanted to focus on our upcoming client appreciation party.
Join us on May 13 at 5 p.m. at Tradesman Brewery (1647 King St.) for this year’s event. We’ll be raffling off a Yeti cooler, a $200 gift certificate to 167 Raw, a $200 gift certificate for Hall’s, and much more. There will be two food trucks, beer, wine, and more. Keep an eye out for more information about the event as the day approaches.

Now quickly back to the project I mentioned at the top. We bought this old building with a cool rooftop deck, and we’re in the process of building seven short-term rental units and a retail space right underneath the deck. I’m excited to keep you updated on this project in the future.
